El Lissitzky

El Lissitzky was a Russian artist. In 1909, he began to study in Darmstadt, Germany. After that in 1919, he received an invitaion from Marc Chagall, El Lissitzky went to Vitebsk. He taught graphic arts, printing , and architecture at the People's Art School. Since 1921, he had performed brilliantly in abstract abroad. He also developed the deep and warm personal relationship with avant-garde in Europe. In his old age, he created a fusion of Constructionism and Suprematism.
